Terms of use
Short version: sendto.top is an experiment. It may break, change or shut down at any time. Memecoins can go to zero. Nothing here is advice. Use it only with money you can afford to lose, and at your own risk.
1. What sendto.top is
sendto.top is an experimental, public leaderboard where projects pay to rank memecoins, plus a free play-money game. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. It is an experiment, and anything can fail
- Features, rules, prices, payouts, boards and chains can change or be removed at any time, with or without notice.
- Software, smart contracts, blockchains, wallets, hosting, the AI review and third-party services (such as DexScreener, RugCheck and Telegram) can fail, be slow, be wrong or be attacked.
- Data shown on the site (prices, market caps, logos, links, rankings) comes partly from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date.
3. No advice, no endorsement
Nothing on sendto.top is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. A listing or rank is a paid placement, not an endorsement. Automated and human checks reduce, but do not remove, the risk of scams, rugs or harmful content. Always do your own research.
4. Risks you accept
- Memecoins and other crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all their value.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Sending to a wrong address or signing a malicious transaction can mean permanent loss.
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys and devices. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
5. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use services like this where you live.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws, sanctions and taxes that apply to you. Do not use sendto.top where doing so is illegal.
- You must not list or promote anything sexual, illegal, fraudulent, infringing or hateful, impersonate others, or try to attack, overload or manipulate the site.
6. Listings, reviews and payments
- Coins must be listed on DexScreener. We may refuse, hide or remove any listing at our discretion, including after it goes live.
- When the paid board is live, the rules shown on the site at the time you pay apply. Refunds happen only in the cases those rules describe, such as a rejected listing. Being outranked, a reset, or a later removal for breaking the rules is not a reason for a refund.
- The throne game on the home page uses play money only. Nothing won or lost in it has value.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sendto.top and the people behind it are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site, the tokens listed on it, third-party services, or any failure, error or interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to sendto.top in the 30 days before the claim.
8. Privacy
We keep counts of visits and clicks, not profiles. We don't use tracking cookies. IP addresses are only stored as one-way hashes, for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Feedback you send is stored with the page you were on and your browser type. Listings, contract addresses and wallet addresses you submit are public by design.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the change matters, we'll ask you to accept again on your next visit. Continuing to use sendto.top means you accept the current terms.
