> The pay-to-rank board for memecoins. Communities bid SOL to put their coin at #1. Part of every bid buys and burns $TOP on-chain, the biggest backer of the coin that gets knocked off #1 earns 10% of the bid that beat it, and whoever holds #1 at each 3-hour mark (UTC) wins the crown.

## Status
- The paid board is live: bids are real SOL payments and final. The free throne game, Coin wars and coin listing/review are live too.

## What it does
- Any coin listed on DexScreener from Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain can be listed. Bids are paid in SOL (minimum 0.01 SOL).
- A coin is checked before anyone can bid on it: a known-scam blocklist, rug-risk data (RugCheck / GoPlus) and an AI review of its links (Claude, with Gemini and Groq as fallbacks). Unclear cases go to a human. Rejected coins are shown the reason.
- Bids in the same 3-hour window add up per coin. Highest total is #1.
- Check first, pay direct: a coin is approved before anyone can bid, then each bid is one wallet-signed Solana transaction that pays the recipients directly. No escrow, no refunds, no reclaim.
- Payment split, all inside the bidder's one transaction: 15% buys $TOP and burns it (the bidder keeps a small share as $TOP cashback), 10% to the biggest backer of the previous #1 when the bid takes the top spot, 5% to the referrer. Unused bounty/referral shares go to the buy-and-burn too. If the buy can't be made at that moment, the 15% (and unused shares) goes to the public buyback wallet instead.

## How it is built (security)
- Non-custodial: the server never holds funds and has no wallet key. It only issues a payment quote and verifies the confirmed transaction on the Solana blockchain.
- One atomic transaction: payments, the $TOP buy and the burn succeed or fail together.
- The page verifies every step of a quote in the browser before the wallet signs (only the real $TOP mint, burn only from the bidder's own account, capped amounts, no extra signers); anything unexpected is refused.
- A bid is counted only after on-chain confirmation of the payer, amounts, a one-time memo code and a real $TOP buy + burn in the same transaction. A transaction can never be counted twice.
- Site hardening: HTTPS + HSTS, strict Content Security Policy, rate limits, parameterized SQL, HMAC-signed tokens, private files not web-accessible.
- Tested end to end against real Pump.fun and PumpSwap programs on a local Solana validator, plus unit tests for every payment rule.
